The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Karpagam College of Engineering, successfully organized a seminar on “Data Processing of Biomedical Signal and Images” on 30 July 2026. The session was delivered by Mr. S. Mahendraprabu, Founder Director of Sri Ganapathy Health Care, SIHS Colony, Coimbatore, who shared valuable insights into biomedical signal and image processing, recent healthcare technologies, and their real-world applications in the medical field.
The seminar was coordinated by Dr. S. Deepa, ASP/ECE, and Dr. A. Parthibaraj, AP/ECE, and convened by Dr. P. Karthigaikumar (Principal), Dr. S. Sophia (Dean–Academics), and Dr. R. Sarankumar (Professor & Head/ECE). The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and provided them with practical knowledge, industry exposure, and a deeper understanding of biomedical signal and image processing, making it an informative and enriching learning experience.
