The Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Karpagam College of Engineering in association with Computer Society of India conducted a workshop “Predictive Modeling Frameworks: Deploying Regression Algorithms via Scikit-Learn” on July 22nd , 2026 from 09.30 am to 12.30 PM venue AT Lab in the C Block for III year CSE students of our institution. The seminar was delivered by Mr. JOSEPH GLYZEN L, Data Analyst, Accent Techno Soft, Coimbatore.
The session started on 22.07.2026 with a formal address by Dr.Prabakar D, Head of the Department. He encouraged students to participate in full involvement in this workshop. Then the formal address about the resource person was given by the faculty coordinator. The resource person gave an introduction about machine learning.
At end of the session, the students are well knowledge about Participants will gain a clear understanding of Machine Learning models and the data set formation, preprocessing The time duration and the content of delivery by the resource person are good, The event was conducted successfully and over 60 students attended the workshop.
